Liam Hargis, M.OMSc., OSTCAN Cert.
Liam Hargis is a Manual Osteopathic Practitioner originally from Ottawa. He first earned his Bachelor of Health Sciences with a concentration in Biomedical Science at Carleton University, where he built a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and health research.
Following this, he completed the rigorous 4-year program at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, where he gained more than 2,000 hours of supervised clinical practice and developed a deep appreciation for the body’s natural ability to heal and adapt.
Before becoming an osteopathic practitioner, Liam worked as a physician’s assistant and in IT, experiences that taught him the importance of problem-solving, adaptability, and patient-centered care.
Sports and nature have always been an important part of Liam’s life. He competed nationally in wrestling, played football for 14 years, and trained in track and field.
Outside of sports, Liam spends much of his time outdoors hiking, canoeing, camping, fishing, and golfing.
Liam is a professional member in good standing with the Ontario Osteopathic Association, a provincial affiliate of Osteopathy Canada.
